Throughout the year we host a variety of group bookings on behalf of popular companies.
Old style musical entertainment featuring the vocals of Graham Gold, Rick Roberts, Jontie and Jenny Webb feature throughout the year.

Fun bingo and evening quiz

Fun bingo and evening quiz is normally hosted each Wednesday season permitting.
This evening is in aid of charity.
All are welcome.

Diwali             

Held over the two nights in November

Diwali is the hindu festival of light celebrated by many nationalities and faiths during the last two weeks of October and early November.

For the second year running this event was held in the Royal Garden suite over two evenings, featuring:

 Traditional 3 course Indian buffet, the Shakti arts dancers and the ever popular “Sal” the asian Elvis tribute artist.

Themed Events

As the years progress, we find ourselves challenged by requests for special events hosted at the “Royal”.

Examples to date are as follows:

Abba tribute band      February 2007, this was a popular event inclusive of 3 course meal.

Bonfire night Firework display          Saturday November 3rd 2007  

A night for all the family featuring two firework displays to the value of £1000.00.

Bouncy castle, open bars, toffee apples, traditional bonfire night food stall, mulled wine all made for an enjoyable evening.

The event was created and hosted by the hotel……..with FREE entry !!!

The evening was enjoyed by all !!!!!!!!!
